An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and receives a confirmation email. Kylie's Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors or unusual circumstances.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise this right:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. We aim to resolve any disputes in a fair and friendly manner. If necessary, disputes will be handled by the competent court in Perth, Australia.
